£90 per hour session – couples counselling or 1.5 hours sessions
I have rooms in Aberdeen and Westhill with online and telephone sessions available too.

Counselling provides a space to explore whatever concerns you have with a trained Counsellor. Someone who is not directly involved, who will be impartial and not judge.
Counselling isn’t about telling you what to do, it is about being listened to and through gentle questioning enables you to focus on what’s important to you. It’s about helping you identify your options so you can choose what is best for you. It’s a place where you can get to know yourself again.
It may take only a couple of sessions to begin to feel different, or it may take a few more, everyone is different. If you would like to discuss it further, please get in touch.
